On November 20, MARY FARRUGIA, of Żebbuġ, ex-school teacher, passed away peacefully after a short illness, aged 86.

She leaves to mourn her loss her brother Joseph Philip and his wife Christine, her nephews and nieces who she loved so dearly, Lucia, Pippa and Alex, Nicky, Ben and Emily, Stephanie and Pawl, Karen, Ramon and Karen, John, Wallace and Ethel, Godwin and Tanya, and Joseph, their families, many dear cousins near and far, and her sisters-in-law Hilda, Kate and Josephine.

She will also be sorely missed by her dearest lifelong friends Tessie, Jane and Doris, and many others to whom she was an inspiration, including Marthese and Victor Cassar, who gave her love and continuous support in recent years.

Funeral arrangements for Saturday, November 29, will be announced later.

Lord grant her eternal rest.
