On May 22, MADELEINE JAMES, née Saliba, aged 89, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her loving family.

She will always be loved by her husband Derry, her daughter Jeannine and her husband Joe Giglio, her grandchildren Michaela, Mattea, Giorgia and Giacomo, her sister Violet De Marco, her brother John Saliba, her sisters-in-law Carmen and Renée Saliba, all her nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, May 27, for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass to celebrate her life will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Lord, grant her eternal rest.
