On May 19, ELPIDES GATT, née Calleja, widow of Joseph R., passed away peacefully, aged 96.

A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is mourned by her son Sandro, his wife Maryrose, Sarah, her husband Tony Meli, Deborah, her husband Franco Agius, her grandchildren Mark, Robert, Martin, Jeanine, Beppe, her great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 21, at 2.30pm, at St Publius parish church, Floriana, followed by private interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Lord, grant her eternal rest.
