On October 22, ALFRED ZAHRA, aged 92, of Valletta, residing in Guardamangia, passed away peacefully at home, comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss his children Joseph F. X. and his wife Lucienne, Marisa, Charles and his wife Claire, Stefania and her husband Simon Vella, his grandchildren David and his wife Sarah, Maria and her husband Clive, Paul and his girlfriend Nirvana, Michela, Mark and his wife Lara and Matthew and his wife Karla, his great-grandchildren Luigi, Emilia, Beppe, Francesco and Michele, nephews and nieces.

Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28, at 2pm at the Collegiate Parish Church of St Paul’s Shipwreck, Valletta, followed by private interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
